Journalism wasn’t Inga’s first career. She’s got a PhD in Practical Physics, and spent some time working in industrial safety.
At some point, Inga’s circumstances prompted her to be more conscious of her own health, which sparked her curiosity about evidence-based medicine. Gradually, this interest grew into professional journalistic activities.
“I see my mission as raising public awareness of modern methods used to treat different conditions, including autoimmune diseases, and helping readers take care of their health”.
Inga believes that a technical degree enables her to better navigate scientific papers, carefully consider facts, and easily compare various sources and expert opinions.
